How Procida fares work
The figures below are carrier-specific rather than a fixed market tariff. Caremar publishes a one-way adult tariff by corridor and craft, with vehicle fares by length. Its Procida tickets also list the municipal landing tax and online supplement. SNAV prices its hydrofoils in its own booking flow.

Fares by corridor
Naples - Procida
The Caremar car ferry from Calata Porta di Massa costs 12.70 EUR and the Caremar hydrofoil from Molo Beverello 17.40 EUR before the applicable extras. The hydrofoil premium buys about 20 minutes and the more central pier. SNAV sets its own hydrofoil price in its booking flow.
Pozzuoli - Procida
The Caremar ferry fare is 9.50 EUR before the applicable extras, the lowest listed Caremar mainland fare to Procida. Other operators price independently on the selected dates they serve.
Ischia - Procida
From Ischia Porto, Caremar lists 9.40 EUR by conventional ferry and 10.50 EUR by hydrofoil before the applicable extras. Check Casamicciola and other-carrier sailings separately rather than extrapolating those figures.
Vehicles, where they still make sense
Caremar's published vehicle fares run from 36.10 EUR one way for a car up to four metres to between 48.20 and 49.60 EUR for longer cars, per corridor and excluding the driver's passenger fare. Against that stands the island's landing ban for non-resident vehicles from 30 March to 15 October 2026. The realistic use cases are off-season stays and exempted travellers; everyone else parks on the mainland and pockets the difference.
What the numbers mean in practice
For the Naples corridor, the practical price decision is whether the hydrofoil's shorter crossing and more central pier justify the higher Caremar fare. Pozzuoli has the lowest listed Caremar passenger fare from the mainland. Compare both legs individually because craft, passenger category, carrier and seller can differ on the return.
